Shirley Olea has lived and worked in real estate on the San Francisco Peninsula for three decades. She currently serves as Chair of the Professional Standards Committee of the Board of Realtors, and has also served as an ethics committee chairperson. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (or CRS) - one of the highest designations a Realtor can attain. She is also a former Re/Max Broker/Owner of the Year, a Past President of both Rotary and the Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Boards of several local foundations and charities.

Her team member and partner is her daughter, Ann Olea. Ann is a native of San Mateo County, and is proud to live and work in the Bay Area. She attended UC Berkeley, and several years ago won the prestigious honor of being named Keller Williams' National Rookie of the YearAnn was also chosen as one of the industry's "Top 50 Agents on the Rise" nationwide by Real Estate magazine, and was named "the most successful new licensee in their first full year as a Realtor" from those selected. She has been chosen the last several years to serve on Keller Williams' Leadership Council, which is comprised of the top agents in each office, and both she and Shirley were ranked within the top 10 agents for sales volume in an office of over 120 agents. Ann has been on the board of Rotary and a Big Sister with Big Brothers and Sisters, serves on the Board of HIP Housing in San Mateo County, and speaks several languages fluently.
